Humble Beginnings

In 2012 while still in high school Caleb started Bright Property Management as a way to make extra spending money. It wasn't long until this after school side business was growing into much more. Within a few short months Bright Property Management was so busy that Caleb started hiring friends to come with him after school to help work. In 2013 Caleb, and now wife,  Ali met and began dating while both attending Martinsville High School. After graduation Caleb and Ali continued to work at growing the business into what it is today and eventually marrying in September of 2019. Also in 2019 Bright Property Management expanded by opening an excavating division also known as Bright Excavating. Caleb and Ali still continue to run Bright Property Management as well as multiple other business ventures together. But their most cherished time is spent with their 4 year old daughter Chloe and 2 month old son Carter. Most days after school you will find Chloe running around the shop amongst the rest of the employees or riding with her dad checking on jobs. Caleb and Ali's main goal with Bright Property Management as well as their other business ventures is to be able to one day work alongside their children until the day they can officially take over the family business.
